Parker T. Stevens, CEO & Founder
Parker is an entrepreneur who has grown up in the commercial real estate industry. He has over 8 years of experience in commercial real estate as an association manager for 20+ commercial, office and medical properties. His experience spans mid-size as well as national firms. Since founding his first commercial property services company out of high school, Parker has gone on to create two additional companies serving Idaho, the Bay Area and Southern California.
Parker graduated from San Diego State University in 2012 with a degree in Sustainability and Environmental Studies.
When he is not working you can find Parker surfing or on the trail riding his mountain bike.
Craig T. Stevens, Principal Advisory Board Member
Craig is an industry veteran, with more than thirty-eight years of financial services and commercial real estate experience. He has worked for mid-size as well as national & global firms as a senior executive, in a variety of creative & entrepreneurial roles. Since stepping off the corporate ladder in 2003, he and his partner have co-founded two multi-state commercial real estate firms. MarWest was sold to Firstservice Corporation, a $2.9B publicly traded, diversified global real estate company. The second, Sea Pointe Partners, Inc. currently provides expert Commercial Property Association services to commercial real estate developers, institutional owners and private-client building owners.
Craig graduated from San Diego State University in 1982 with a degree in Business Administration- Finance and holds a California DRE Brokers license.
Craig invests a tremendous amount of time, mentoring college students and young professionals, sits on multiple boards and loves surfing, golf, tennis, hiking and travel.

April Buchner, CPM, CACM - Principal Advisory Board Member
April has extensive commercial real estate experience, having worked in a variety of industry roles since 1982. She has worked for mid-size as well as national & global firms in book keeping, property management, due diligence and leasing. Since stepping off the corporate ladder in 2003, she and her partner have co-founded two multi-state commercial real estate firms. MarWest was sold to Firstservice Corporation, a $2.9B publicly traded, diversified global real estate company. The second, Sea Pointe Partners, Inc. currently provides expert Commercial Property Association services to commercial real estate developers, institutional owners and private-client building owners.
April graduated from California State University- Fullerton in 2007 with a degree in Business Administration- Entrepreneurship (cum laude). She is an IREM Certified Property Manager (CPM), certified CCAM with CACM and holds a California DRE real estate Agents license.
April invests a tremendous amount of time granting wishes as a Wish Grantor for Make-A-Wish to children with life threatening illnesses, rescuing greyhound dogs from Agua Caliente in Mexico and mentoring college students and young professionals. April also volunteers a lot around her community and loves walking, hiking, tennis, reading and travelling.
